God does not look kindly upon those who judge. And I judge a lot. “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Matthew 7: 1, 2
I realized that often I make a knee-jerk response/judgment. Typically, the person I am judging lives a way of life different from mine. Of course! We are each on our own individual paths and journey. I answer only for my life as does every other person. How others choose to live their lives is between them and God.
I also realized, since I’m regularly coming from a place of judging, that I can go to God and tell Him, “I don’t understand.” And leave it with Him.
Just me, an insight revealed as I made the most wonderful sourdough waffles ever!
