Cleanup on Aisle 13

My morning prayer: “Please, Father–Cleanup on aisle 13 . . . and on aisle 96 . . . and as far as the eye can see. The world is a mess. We need YOU!”

Easy Words to Say–
These are easy to say, often out of duty or obligation, when we really know the truth of how we feel. We want our way, not God’s.
Acceptance is not so easy. Even Christ, when he was hours away from the cross, asked of His Father: “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” Luke 22:42
accept: v. to endure without protest or reaction; to agree to undertake
If I ask for God’s will, I need to be willing to accept it when it counters mine.

What is the price of two sparrows–one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. Matthew 10:29 NLT
Love, Honor, and Cherish
I feel the word “love” is so overused and watered down that we have no idea what it really means. This couple has been married seventy-five years. He held her hand like this throughout the entire church service. This is love. I could feel how much they care for one another..

There are two sides to every story.
Same apple–a different perspective, a different point of view. I had been watching this beauty grow, waiting to pick it. Little did I know.
